I ordered the jack rack 2 months ago, November 11th 2011, and it was supposed to be a 4-6 week delivery time". After 4 weeks I called and nothing/. They said it was on back order and as soon as it was shipped I would see it on my credit card?. Two weeks before Christmas I knew this wasn't going to happen.. Then I called again right before Christmas to find out the status of my order and the service representative said it "hasn't been shipped to the warehouse";. So did that mean back-order? He wouldn't say;. January 13th, 2012 I called again and the operator said it was still back-ordered'.

My husband didn't get his Christmas present, just a gift wrapped picture of the jack rack'. Now, 2 months later, I have cancelled my order due to this bulls#@$!

Maybe I'll buy him an ipad! 1289884
