I don't understand the confusion over the trial period (see other complaints). Look at the site - the prices are clear as day and you can try any of the 3 packages for fifteen bucks for 30 days.

I got mine last week (Platinum package, ordered it on 11/16) and love it, for what it's worth. I don't see any complaints about the product itself - looks like a couple people were confused about what "trial period" means.

You're asking too much of most of the morons in this country. You know most people sign up for or purchase things without reading anything first. Then when it isn't too their liking they complain when they wouldn't have had to if they readbefore purchasing.
