I ordered the Jack Rack in November, after 5 weeks of waiting and waiting (having already been charged for the first payment & shipping), with no correspondence or contact of any kind, I called and they told me they were "out of stock" and anticipate shipping the product within 2 weeks "or so"." When the product did ship, they only shipped Box "B" of two boxes/. I called customer service AGAIN and they had no shipping information about Box A?. They could not tell me if it was shipped, not shipped on back order, NOTHING!!! The next day Box A was delivered.. I finally had the product yeah!!! I put the product together only to find that 2 of the stabilizing pins were missing;. I called on 1/18 and they assured me that they would be shipped out that day or the next|. I called today to be told they have no shipping information on the pins.. The customers service representative continued to interrupt me while I was talking and trying to explain the situation and all she kept saying was "I understand'." DON'T UNDERSTAND JUST FIT IT!!! I have never dealt with a more disorganized, unknowledgeable, rude, ignorant and unhelpful organization, and I have purchased many, many pieces of exercise equipment on-line. 1289906

words cant explain how i hate this service we have been waiting since december. i cant believe chuck has his name on this I hate JR customer service
