It's been almost a year since I placed my order and I still haven't received the product. The CEO of the company, Lane Murphy, had promised me by email over several months of correspondence to notify me when one would be available and offered me a huge discount for my patience. Needless to say, I'm still waiting... well, not really, you see, Lane Murphy was also a Vice President as Goldman Sachs and we know the kind of business they do. So it seems that some folks just move from one company to another and do what they do best. I think by these postings, you've probably figured out what that is. LOL

After ordering it 3 weeks ago and hearing nothing, I called customer service. I was treated very rudely by customer service and they told me that I wouldn't see the product for 8-10 weeks (they advertise 4-6) and I wouldn't get a shipping confirmation! Are you serious?! Not to m...ention it's $240+ for the basic product NOT the one they show you in the commercial. You have to spend at least another $100+ for the rest of it. I was willing to put up with that until I talked to customer service. If you aren't equipped to get a product out to the customer, don't sell it until you can. I'll find something else. I posted this on their Facebook page so that they would know the kind of service people are getting. I called the same day to make sure they were giving me the 14.95 trial but they said my order wasn't logged in the system yet. I called for the next 5 days and it still wasn't in the system even though I had a confirmation/order number. They proceeded to have someone call me back a day or two later to ask what the issue was. When I explained it, they referred me back to customer service. I kept going in circles so I just quit. I wanted to try it but if the customer was that bad, I don't want to take a chance. Report 5. December they charged my CC and on the 19th I received the pad kit in a box marked 1 of 2. I never received box 2 of 2. I called to ask what the other tracking number was, they say they shipped everything and they only have one tracking number, FedEx says they don't use the same tracking number on more than one box. I feel I got jacked alright. Ill wait a few more weeks for the other half to show up before disputing the CC charges and then I will contact the BBB and the Attorney General's Office to file complaints. Report 6.
