JackRack - Damaged Product
I ordered a Jack Rack, and after a month and a half passed called the company and was informed they were on backorder.Notification would have been nice, but I understand people lose track of things when a company falls behind.
When I received it, it was damaged. I called the company and was assured that the trial period would not start until I received the undamaged replacement parts. Instead, I received a letter from a collections agency saying since I refused to pay Jack Rack they're now trying to collect the debt.
Still never even received functional equipment.Avoid at all costs.
